Crimson Dawn - Battle Screen

Description

Just a screenshot of the battle system (in its early stages).
Most things are going to change but the basic idea is going be the same as you see here.

The background won't be so crappy and the enemies will change to my own ones.

The faceset won't be forever of course. :'D
(She had red eyes, so I used her. xD)

I just hope everyone understands what I'm trying to say. x)

======

Each crystal (Kristallia) showing on top of the screen represents the amount of turns you have on your round. It is based on how many turns your individual characters possess. Every character starts our with two.

Once all the Kristallia turns have been used up (they turn to grey) that means your round has ended and now the enemies get to use their turns. Tougher enemies usually have more turns than regular enemies, so watch out!

There are ways of getting more turns but I'll leave it at that. I'm not going to spoil everything!

Each skill uses a set amount of turns. In this screen you can see a little "I" in the lower right corner of the spell icon. The Roman numeral indicates how many turns you use for that skill.

Many skills have a range they can hit enemies. Higher tier skills usually have more range so using them when the enemies are spread out is much more effective.
Most physical attacks offer no range but they have much greater use later on in the game.

Coupled with the ever changing enemy positions and random enemies showing up in battle, you have to think carefully so you won't waste your own turns.
Don't worry, after a while it won't be that hard to finish the battle with ease.

KF = Kristallia Force. Clearly the Overdrive of this game.
Once it reaches 100 you can unleash a damaging skill with just the use of one turn and all of your KF.
Every character's Kristallia skill is unique and some even have added effects.

======

I'm also adding a difficulty setting in the game, meaning if the battles seem too hard for you, just change it mid-game.
Too easy? Just set it to "Insane" and you'll see the challenge. ^^

I do believe I've left out some information but, oh well... Questions? Ask away. (:

I know what you tried to say with that screen. It's pretty much like my battle screen: [link] - i'm also gonna change the background, the enemies... :)
